Jefferson Community Action Programs (JEFFCAP)
“JEFFCAP offers programs ranging from Head Start to the Retired Senior Volunteer Program; from housing counseling, rental and utility assistance, to helping families keep their homes, to temporary shelter for those who have lost their homes.
